We strive to provide high-quality embroidery products and services to our valued customers. Please review our Refund Policy outlined below:


All Sales Are Final:

As an embroidery business, many of our products are customized or personalized according to our customers' specific requests. Due to the unique nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once an order is placed and payment is received; it is considered a final sale. We do not offer refunds.


Quality Assurance:

We take great care to ensure the highest quality standards in our embroidery work. Prior to completing an order, we conduct thorough quality checks to maintain the integrity of our work. If there is an error on our part, we will make every effort to fix it. If the artwork/spelling sent to us was incorrect BUT approved prior to the work being done, then it will be the customer’s responsibility to pay for the correction.


Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible. However, please be aware that if work has already begun on your customized product, we may not be able to cancel the order. In such cases, the order will be considered final, and payment is still expected.


CUSTOMER SUPPLIED ITEMS:

Kindly note that, in accordance with our company policy, we do not replace customer-supplied items. However, we are committed to providing excellent service, and in the event that any issues arise with customer-supplied items, a credit equivalent to the service value will be promptly applied. This policy is designed to maintain fairness and transparency in our business practices. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
